Miami, Fla. – February 22, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder recently served as legal counsel to The Tank Brewing Company assisting the organization in obtaining all of the Florida permits and licensing required to release the first ever South Florida cannabinoid derived non-alcoholic beverage, called “Grassias®.” Set to launch in the next few months, the teams at Tank Brewing Company and Growth Industries spent over a year researching, developing and testing blends to perfect the beverage.
Ranked as one of the fastest-growing craft breweries in the U.S., The Tank Brewing Company first began beer production in 2016. Since then, the brewing company has expanded to offer a wide array of craft beers, cigars, select wines, food and now a cannabinoid derived non-alcoholic beverage.
The Greenspoon Marder team was led by
Rachel Gillette, partner and chair of the Cannabis Law practice group, Nabil Rodriguez, associate in the Cannabis Law practice group, and Louis J. Terminello, partner and chair of the Hospitality, Alcohol & Leisure practice group.
“We are thrilled to have been a part of bringing this new product to the South Florida market, and hope this will be the first of many infused beverages for Tank Brewing Company as Florida continues to expand its cannabis market,” said Mr. Rodriguez.
