NORML Board of Directors recently announced the inception and birth of the Distinguished Counsel’s Circle, which celebrates the achievements of NLC attorneys who have distinguished themselves over time, through decades of service to the marijuana reform community.
The Distinguished Counsel’s Circle inaugural class of recipients for 2016 represents a cross section of over achievers and distinguished advocates.
